Revel is awesome. You won't find a big selection of parts or gear, because you're always going to find a better price online. However, you can find the essential items needed to fix your bike at honest prices (cables, brake pads etc.). Where Dan really excels is in his top notch customer service, exceptional mechanical skills and his genuine desire to deliver on his work. He pays attention, spends the extra time to do it right and will make sure you understand your bike. He's also friendly and not at all condescending (like so many shops seem to be). I came to Revel after buying a direct to consumer bike online and needed help getting it setup. Not only did Dan let me sit in while he worked on my bike, he took the time to really explain what he was doing so that I could better understand the mechanics of my new ride. I'm new to mountain biking and found Dan's expert guidance on my bike and his tips on where and how to ride to be very helpful. I also appreciated how he handled his other customers that came in while I was there. He always took the time to explain the service I detail. My impression is that he's a great bike mechanic, works at a reasonable rate and is really trustworthy. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

Great cycle shop. Owner (Dan) is really nice, knowledgeable, and straight forward (doesn't try to up-sell you). Took my Trek mountain bike in this evening looking for inexpensive options to help enhance my riding performance. Dan gave me a few suggestions that I am excited to try out and thoroughly explained everything. Great experience.

Best bike mechanic in Sonoma County, hands down! And I’ve pretty much tried them all! Taking your bike to Dan is like taking your bike to the doctor and dentist at the same time. He’s such a perfectionist and will take the time to make sure tour bike is spinning like it does in your dreams. No joke! He didn’t just fix my bike, he taught me so much and I’ve been riding for years. Thank you Dan! I’ll send all my friends your way!

I can’t recommend Dan enough! He blew my mind with his extensive knowledge, professionalisms and willingness to take time to educate us on the the work that he had done and what was possible. He took a vintage bike that I found buried in leaves for years and gave it new life . Definitely a wonder compliment to the local cycling community and I can’t say enough! Thank you Dan!!!!!
