Both the sales and the service of the Alamo Trek store are excellent - very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They even picked me up once when I had a flat that I couldn't repair, bought me to the store, replaced the tie and repaired another serious issue of which I wasn't aware and brought me home. I feel lucky to have such a great bike store near me. I also couldn't be happier with the Trek bike that I purchased there a couple years ago.

I've found the sales staff to be friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that Trek Alamo is the local bike shop for the annual October Mount Diablo Challenge bike race (though not so much a 'race' as a personal time trial challenge for me ;-)
