Chris is fantastic. I love their willingness to help especially when I need specialty parts. I purchased 2 awesome bikes here, countless accessories, upkeep items, clothing, etc. restored a secondhand bike with their services as well and got a professional bike fitting with valuable recommendations for adjustments. The veteran discount is also so very much appreciated. I tell everyone I know considering cycling to stop by midtown Trek!

Thank you Chris for delivering the bike rack we purchased . Dan&I are both having health issues right now, and Chris took the time to deliver it and show Dan the features. We purchased Dan’s bike from you guys in the summer and you guys have great customer service. Thank you again

Brought our old Trek 3500 in for a check up. These guys had us in and out in 15 minutes. No up sale, just friendly fast service and great advice for future upgrades when we are ready. Super attentive and affordable. The employees here are great. I will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade.

Chris and his staff at the Midtown store are outstanding. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or a seasoned and knowledgeable cyclist, they treat you the same. Their customer service is fantastic, and the Trek brand speaks for itself. Just a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bike shop.

When l went to the store I was promptly greeted by a salesperson. I told her what l needed ( bike wise ) and she helped me with what l needed. It wasn't in stock however she managed to locate the bicycle l wanted and had the bike sent to her store in a manner of a week.
