I’ve been going to Wheelhouse Bicycles for about 3 years now, and Nathan and his crew have continually proven that they care about their customers before their purchase, during, and after. Beyond Nathan’s stellar ability to find the perfect bike for you, his mechanical expertise with bicycles proves to be of a high level through promptly being able to understand, diagnose, and fix an issue. In conclusion, my experience with Nathan and his crew at Wheelhouse bicycles over the past few years have turned me into a returning customer for life as well as resulting in many new friends with similar interests. I highly recommend anyone who wants the best bicycle shop experience to check out Wheelhouse Bicycle.

Best bike shop. Expert quality work. Friendly, fast, and fair priced. I brought in 3 very different bikes for a tune up, Nathan quoted me a price, had all the work done in less than a day, and stuck to his quote. Thank you Wheelhouse Bicycle!

I purchased a used tennis wheelchair online a few months ago and recently got a flat tire, which I brought to Wheelhouse Bicycle for repair. Nathan quickly determined that I needed a replacement tire but still spent over an hour trying to rig a temporary solution so I could continue playing sports while waiting for the new tire to arrive. Although he couldn’t find a safe workaround (through absolutely no fault of his own), he refused to accept any compensation for his significant time and effort. When my replacement tire arrived, I brought it back to Nathan, and he installed it quickly and efficiently. I play wheelchair tennis regularly, and both the chair and tire have been working perfectly ever since. As someone with very little knowledge about tires, I really appreciated Nathan’s kindness, empathy, and patience. He took the time to educate me on the correct size tires and tubes I needed to order and charged me very little for his services. I cannot recommend Wheelhouse Bicycle enough! Nathan and the team are extremely knowledgeable and kind, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future wheelchair or bike-related needs.

I have known about this bike shop for a while and had some of my friends check them out the last year or so. This was my first experience leaving my own bike with them and Nathan went above and beyond to service my new handlebars. I would highly recommend this bike shop for everyone. I also ended up buying a pair of new ultegra pedals because of the great service, even though I could have got them online for much cheaper. Awesome Bike shop!

Wheelhouse is an outstanding bike shop. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Nate has always gone out of his way to take care of me and my bikes.
