This is how you run a business! I came in looking for a wheel and was greeted with all kinds of questions about what I know, where I ride, etc. They looked busy at the time, but I didn’t feel rushed. I got to try a few wheels over a few days to make sure. When I got my wheel, I asked if I could change my tire as I would want a street one. They graciously let me use their shop and their tools just so I could save on the labor costs. This is true service. I know I can count on them for any needs I have to upgrade or repair anything. I even got to overhear conversations with their customer. Let me tell you they take care of people. Highly recommend whether local or not!

Took a scooter in that was purchased online NOT from Alien, they quickly assessed the issue, did the repair and I got to riding same day. Excellent customer service, helpful tips and a great experience overall.

I've bought several EUCs from these guys, and ordered many parts. They always warranty the parts if possible, and they always have very good customer service.

I went for some simple repairs for my Kingsong s20. I didnt think it would cost me 300 for a tire replacement and install but Whatever. I bought the tire online before hand, that was no problem just needed the innertube. I have and issue with their service. Apparently quality of service is not a priority as they didnt put all the screws back in place. I didnt catch it until today Its been 7 months since it was done. SAD
