What a great experience! I’ve been cycling more seriously for going on two years now. Never had an issue with my fit or with any aches or pains. I knew my posture and positioning wasn’t optimal. Within the first hour my bike fit was so much better! The little nuances that I’ve noticed over the years were immediately addressed. Now I’m cycling faster and more efficiently while staying very comfortable. I had a fit done on my outdoor road bike but was able to transcribe the measurements to my indoor trainer bike and today I did a one hour threshold workout and wow what a difference! I can definitely feel the increase in efficiency and comfort. Definitely worth the money and just the peace of mind that I’m not just flying blind. Happy customer here! Definitely recommend!

Can't praise the bike fitting process enough. This gentleman does excellent work and has helped me get through some major and minor physical barriers to riding along with suggestions for improving many other elements of my riding and persona lifestyle to support my habit of cycling. Working with David and Andres at Chase Factor has completely transformed and enhanced my riding! I have been riding less than a year and set an overly ambitious goal of completing the Six Gap event that is 104 miles with 6 mountain climbs totaling nearly 12,000 vertical feet of climbing in a single day. Coach David has had me on a program for the past 3 months focused on getting me ready for this event while training in the flatlands of Florida. Every few days a get a series of specific rides downloaded to my Garmin so that I just hop on my bike, fire up my Garmin and my ride for the day Is custom programmed for me, segment by segment. I have seen a marked improvement in my power and fitness level under Coach David’s skilled guidance! Earlier this week I went to the Chase Factor lab and Andres did a custom bike fitting for me. The process was really thorough and he was fabulous! He made some very significant changes. My seat height was raised by almost 2 inches, he put on a shorter stem and narrower handlebars. He also made adjustments to my cleats. Today I had a 4 hour training ride which gave me my first opportunity to really test all the adjustments Andres made to my bike and cleats. The combination of science and art that Andres applied to the process really worked! I put in just over 60 miles and got off my bike feeling better than I ever have. I had virtually no post-ride soreness or fatigue. I was able to achieve a much better pedal stroke and generate at least 20 more watts of power at the same level of effort.

I am so glad some friends of mine recommended I go to FACTOR to fit my new bike. Andres was excellent and helped me ensure I got the most out of my new ride. I’ve already seen a major difference and couldn’t be happier with the fit. Andres was also easy to work with and made the process very comfortable. I had previously been fit by someone else and over time wanted to be more comfortable on my current setup if I could. Andres saw me on very short notice and adjusted my position quickly and precisely. The program they use has instant gratification and you can see what is changing with each tweak. Andres made me feel like my personal riding experience was important and individualized, he helped me feel better on the bike without breaking a sweat. The quality of my riding improved the next day and I’m incredibly thankful for their services.
