Great service from a guy who works in the Bicycle Industry on the east coast. I have rented bikes 2 times from Giant Bicycles in the past 2 years. Every time they have been accommodating to my schedule and have provided me a current bike that is clean and tuned up. The shop is very well maintained. The staff went out of its way to make sure the cycling part of my vacation went smooth. I highly recommend this shop. If I am in town again I know where I will be getting any of my cycling needs.

I had the most pleasant bike shop experience at the Summerlin location. I'm from Los Angeles, been to a lot of shops but this one stands at the top! Came to Vegas for a weekend back in Jan 2025. Was already in the market for a bike and just out of curiosity, decided to visit the store. Found the bike I've been eyeing for a while. Even better - it was on clearance so I immediately put it on layaway. Due to space restrictions, I could not take it home at this time. Davin was helping out at the time and he was awesome. Here we are in March 2025, came back to Vegas for a weekend - main purpose to pick up the bike. But it gets better - expressed an interest for a new bike for my son (he was there too). Barry helped us out this time - he was super helpful giving us advice on sizing and happened to have one available (thanks Barry for going out of your way to get this out of the warehouse!). Perfect on the size, test rode it, another mega deal, had to take it home...which we did! These guys are the most professional, easy-going, knowledgeable, flexible, helpful crew I've personally dealt with in a bike shop over the last 15 years. Go hit up Giant Las Vegas for your next bike purchase....no matter where you're from! I may even take it back here for maintenance :-)

BEST BIKE SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER! We rented four electric mountain bikes from Giant Las Vegas in Summerlin. The weather was super hot at 100 degrees plus, so we opted to start as late in the day as possible. We planned to ride from the shop to Red Red Canyon and bring the bikes back the next day. The bikes were top of the line, even better than we expected loaded with tool kits, chargers, and helmets. The team at the Giant Las Vegas were fantastic, adjusting each bike to fit us properly. Since the park entrance was closing at dark, we weren't sure we would make it on time. Barry, the owner of the bike shop, offered to drive our bikes to a spot closer to the Red Rick Canyon. He loaded the bikes into his personal vehicle and saved the day! Great experience. Receiving personal service like that, I will only buy my future bikes from Giant Las Vegas. Great bikes, even greater customer service.

I cannot be more satisfied with a bike store. The staff is friendly, courteous, and competent. I always have a good experience at this store; whether it’s to purchase a new bike or having an older bike in need of repair. Shout out to the staff at this store!!

The folks at Giant are the best. My brakes had given out on a ride over the weekend and they had me fixed up and back on the road by Monday morning. They are trustworthy and always a pleasure to deal with.
