Exceptional!! I called to discuss a repair issue. Chris answered my questions without hesitation and we scheduled a repair The repair was fast, efficient and affordable So much so, that even though it was a three hour drive for me, I will keep coming back for service and repair Do yourself a favor and stop In and check out the store Great prices on bikes and fitness equipment Knowledgeable reps and a nice building Thanks Chris! You were amazing!!

I was recently on vacation in the area and experienced a problem with my 4 month old Verve +4S. I walked in and felt welcomed, I explained I thought I had a low tire and it they could help me. I fully expected them to say no since I didn't buy it from them. Nope they said bring it in and they will check it out, well I didn't have a low tire my handle bars were loose! I was back on the road in record time! I stop at bike stores when I travel just to see what everyone has, and this is my far one of the nicest stores I have been to, a large selection of bikes, e-bikes, trikes and a large bike accessory selection. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

want to express my gratitude regarding the superior service I received regarding a visit recently at Scheller's Fitness and Cycling in Clarksville Indiana. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Chris the technician. I told him about the problem with my rear wheel after I recently replaced the inner tube of the rear wheel. I couldn't seem to get the wheel aligned properly. He immediately put the bike on the stand and began diagnostics on the rear wheel. He immediately recognized the rear wheel hub was loose. He tightened the hub then did a full inspection of the bike to ensure it was safe. The whole process only took less than 30 minutes and I was handed a bill for $5.00! I couldn't believe all the work performed and I was only being charged $5.00. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Scheller's for anything and I want everyone to know what an amazing company they run! They get 5 Stars from me!

10/10 great service! Marcus ( staff member) was super helpful and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy a bike at any point. Schellers staff went above and beyond in service and even delivered my bike. Everything was explained very well and i couldnt be happier! Thank you :)
