If you love to bike ride and don't have a good bike that makes the ride enjoyable, this is the place to come and get your bike and any repairs as well. That being said, if you're a BMX rider, you need to come check out this place. Darby, has you absolutely covered he has been the game since the 70's and knows all the little things that most don't and also has more stuff that you can't find to make your bike vintage. I will for sure be getting any of my bike needs here. You should too.

Bought a Transition Repeater from Darby, he was very helpful throughout the process from start to finish. After I bought the bike he spent over a hour with me getting the bike setup perfectly. Customer service has been outstanding every time I go there.

I bought my son’s bike from this store, and the experience was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful, especially since I had no idea what kind of bike to get. They guided me through the options and made sure we found the perfect fit for my son. Later, I brought the bike back to have the brakes fixed, and to my surprise, they didn’t charge me for the repair! The staff here is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service and a positive experience.

Darby is the man. Definitely a straight shooter, he’s the most knowledgeable I’ve met in KC and has been doing this for 30 years. Just an awesome dude. Darby is a one man band so expect it to take a little longer for service, but worth it. He was up front with me that he’s the only one there so I couldn’t be upset that it took 2 days for truing my wheels. Price is great. His inventory is so sick too. He has like all the cool stuff and good parts you actually want. Not just a computer screen where they can order it for you. (He can also order) BMX & MTB HQ (he has everything) but specializes in dirt.

The morning I left for the Garmin Unbound I accidentally sheared 2 bolts off my stem. Full of panic and anxiety, I called the shop and asked if they’d be able to squeeze me in on my way to emporia and Darby said absolutely. When we got there hours later Darby immediately went to work on my bike while juggling phone calls, attending to customers, and managing a large backlog of bike repairs. He taught me a few things along the way, kept things light with his banter and bedside manner, and got me back on the road to Emporia with an eased mind. It’s worth noting that this shop has more IN STOCK parts than I’ve ever seen. That means when you take your bike in for service you’ll be getting it back much quicker. Darby also made a point to ensure he gave the rest of my bike a once over in case there was something I had missed. Nice shop, great location right off the interstate, and an owner that clearly cares about his craft. I highly recommend a visit.
