The people in the shop were super friendly and helpful, and I was able to get a new chain and bottle cage for reasonable prices, but the cost of service was wildly overpriced. I had come in to get my rear wheel trued since I don't have a truing stand. The mechanic put it up in a stand and spent two minutes doing a few adjustments with the wheel still on the bike (which I could have done with a spoke wench). He said it was a bit better but not perfect (there was still some wobble). After I got home I realized they charged me $30 for 2 minutes of work and not that much truer of a wheel. Both folks were very nice, but I would avoid getting service there in the future.

The two employees that helped me today did a great job. Traded my sons 16” bike in to get him a big boy 20” MTB his words. The manager was very nice, polite and helpful thank you again!!

Stopped in this bike shop today, before my physical therapy appointment, and Noah answered all my questions and he is very knowledgeable about bikes, he was respectful as well, I will definitely recommend him to family and friends Thx Noah

Lady at counter, bless her heart, took too long this morn, chatting to one customer with 4 others in waiting. After waiting, took bike to a competitor 2miles away. Lengthy PR is fine if its only one person in store

I often go in for little repairs on my road bike and they are fast and helpful. Today I went in to buy a new mountain bike and it was great—they had a good variety in stock and could get other models and sizes from nearby stores within a day. They were super informative and totally nice and helpful. I took a test drive, bought a new bike, and they got it all outfitted with the accessories I wanted too. Awesome! I love having these guys in my neighborhood.
