Bought a new bike which is at close out price from Walt’s and it’s a great deal. The staff was patients and very friendly. You picked a bike, did a quick road test and buy the bike.

Shortly after I walked in the door, I was met by a salesperson (Katie). I asked her about a couple of bikes that I had seen on their website. Somehow she knew right where they were on their showroom floor💡(there were a lot of bikes there!). I don't want to sound like an 'Ad' for the store, but the salesperson was very knowledgeable about both bikes, and she wasn't pushy. 👍 After we talked a bit more, she suggested another bike (which I had them put on hold for me.) A big, clean showroom and personable employees. Good stuff. 🙂

I appreciate how they won't upsell you on things you don't need - for example I came in to get my brake cable replaced yesterday and turns out it was ok without replacing it and was fine with some maintenance, so they didn't charge me for the replacement since it wasn't necessary. There is also a wide variety of budget friendly bikes including used bikes, with very fair prices - and their used bikes are tuned up and ready to ride as well. Overall I really appreciate the transparency, and they were very friendly as well!

I had a lovely experience at Walt’s. Everyone there was super friendly and knowledgeable. I expressed that this was my first bike and I wasn’t sure how to change a tire and they walked me through the whole process. I will absolutely return here!

Great shop with friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bike. I wish they had an official return policy, or even had a way to sell back a bike for parts if it didn't work out for me.
